QuickBooks, Quicken, Peachtree, American Business Systems, Excel, Fishbowl Inventory VAR, BillQuick Software VAR, MISys Business Partners Program, SourceLink and Method Integration.

Do you do taxes?

No, we do not prepare taxes. However, we can work with your Tax Accountant or help you locate a tax professional.

Do you do payroll?

No, but we can help you set up your company payroll, train your staff to do your company payroll or refer you to affordable payroll services.

I'm starting a new business, and I need help to comply with employer and self-employment taxes.
Can you help me with that?

Yes, we can assist you in obtaining the proper identification numbers and setting up all filing requirements. We can train you to fill in all the forms yourself, or help you find appropriate software or outsourced options.

I just purchased QuickBooks, but I haven’t even opened the box.
Will you install it, set up my data file and teach me to use it properly?

Yes, we can most certainly help you get up and running in no time! We have done some installations and custom set-ups in as few as 3 hours; more complicated businesses may take up to 12 hours.

I use QuickBooks for my business, but I don't know what reports to use or how to interpret them.
Can you explain the reports?

Yes, QuickBooks offers many predefined reports that can be very helpful if you know what they mean. In addition, we can create some customized reports for your specific needs.

I know something is wrong with my QuickBooks data, but I cannot figure out what I’ve done.
Can you help me?

Yes. With many years of experience, we have seen just about everything and haven’t been totally stumped yet. In fact, we welcome the challenge!

How far will you travel to meet clients?

We usually meet clients at their place of work so that all the necessary source documents are available. However, we also meet clients at our home office on Cape Cod. Remote access service is also available. We will travel throughout Cape Cod, Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard, as well as other parts of Southeastern Massachussetts. Travel that takes over 30 minutes in one direction will be charged at half the hourly rate.
